Our journey started with a simple love for shawarma. We wanted to do something a little different, however. We wanted fo reinvent the classic sandwich; to create something crispier and more flavorful. And so an idea was born: instead of changing the sandwich, why not change the way it is cooked?
Each Shawermer sandwich is carefully cooked over a charcoal grill. Instead of the traditional methods of cooking the meat upright, the meat is placed on horizontal skewers and rotated over a bed of coals, creating a richer flavor and cutting out the grease. Its not just the cooking process that makes Shawermer so unique: each shawarma sandwich is prepared using fresh, locally grown ingredients, because creating a great tasting, quality | sandwich is our top priority.
